MEMBERS OF THE BOARD
Roman Fischer
I grew up in Basel and intended to "quickly" study in Zurich and get back. But I got stuck here. Since 2013, I'm living in the Richti-Areal together with my husband. We feel very comfortable here, enjoy the excellent connections to train, motorway and airport and of course our "own" shopping centre, the Glatt.
Professionally I am a computer scientist specialising in security and have been working for the Swiss air navigation service provider skyguide since 2016.
In the QV, I am particularly committed to the Advent market and, as Chairman, I will ensure good cooperation in the board.
Marialuisa Valentino
I was born in Zurich as the daughter of Italian emigrants. Besides my mother tongue Italian and German I also speak English. Since 2001 I have been working as a receptionist for a successful IT company. I spend my free time actively and as a member of Fitness Plus I keep myself mentally and physically fit. Since the end of 2013 I have been living in the Richti district where I feel at home. I appreciate the optimal and diverse infrastructure of the Richti quarter and the Wallisellen community. I am pleased to be able to contribute personally to the neighbourhood through my appointment to the board.
Susanne Bernard
I have lived in the Richti quarter in Wallisellen since 2013 and have been a member of the board of the quarter association since April 2018. Professionally, I work as a journalist and video producer, and speak English and French as well as Züridüütsch. Having grown up in Zurich's Grünau-Quartier as the daughter of active members of the neighbourhood association, I know the importance of a QV for local community life. In the Richti I would like to support a lively quarter far from an anonymous dormitory town.
Ferdinand Lang
Together with my girlfriend I moved from Stuttgart to Wallisellen in 2006. Since the opening of the Favrehof we live in the Richti and enjoy the central location. Since 2015 there are three of us. Professionally, I look after clients in the area of a large Swiss ERP software. We like living in Wallisellen very much, because the offer is very varied and interesting. With my involvement in the neighbourhood association, I would like to contribute to the promotion of the offer and networking in the south of Wallisellen.
Thomas Andreas Kocher
I grew up in Thun and then studied physics and computer science in Bern. After I got a job in Zurich I moved to Zurich Schwamendingen in 1997 and now live in the Richti since 2013. I never changed jobs, but our department was sold by Ascom to Sunrise and then to Frox. The good public transport connections and the good shopping facilities were among the decisive factors for the move to the Richti area. I felt comfortable in the Richti from the beginning, thanks to the beautiful large inner courtyard you don't have the feeling of being in a tight space. I work as a software engineer at FROX communictaion in Stäfa which belongs to Ruedi Noser's Noser Group. My hobbies are among others travelling, computers, ice hockey (only as a spectator with Saisonabi bin SCB) board games and politics. I have neither a driving licence nor a car myself, so a good connection to public transport is very important.
Aydin Moustafa
A native Greek, with Turkish background... I grew up in Munich and spent almost 17 years in Zurich. I am a trained hotel specialist and spent my last 20 years in this business. I started my new job in March 2023 as Eventmanager at the National Museum of Switzerland.
About 4 years ago my partner and I moved to Wallisellen. The location, the diversity and above all the proximity to our loved ones make Wallisellen the ideal place to live. We get in touch with QV-Wallisellen Süd very quickly and I am very happy to be a part of it. I can look after social media and inform you about current events and of course being your entertainer at your service.
